Common questions
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open FRAMEKID, go to the paywall or the settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › FRAMEKID. On the Mac: App Store › your name › Account Settings › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; you keep the full version until then.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly subscription starts with 3 days for free. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise the yearly subscription begins.
Where are my projects stored?
On your device, and in your private iCloud so you can continue on your other devices. We have no access to them. Projects are saved after every step you make.
The cut-out does not work.
The cut-out needs a photo with a clear subject: a person, a pet or an object that stands out from the background. It runs on your device and needs iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26.
Can I use my designs commercially?
Yes. What you make is yours, also for business posts and ads. See the terms for the details on templates and materials.
Which devices does FRAMEKID run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 26 or later, iPhone Duo, and Macs with Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later.
