FRAMEKID is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple's standard licence applies to the app; this page adds what you should know about the subscriptions and about what you make with FRAMEKID.

1. Licence
Your use of the FRAMEKID app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). The provider of the app is ZenoSystem, Daniel Stirnberg (see Imprint).
2. Free and full version
FRAMEKID can be downloaded for free. The free version lets you try every tool and use a selection of templates, with limits on the number of projects and the export size. Designs that use features of the full version can be explored but not exported without a purchase.
3. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
The full version is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy and may differ by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- The yearly subscription can start with a free trial of 3 days. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid yearly subscription. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's settings: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
- The lifetime purchase is paid once and unlocks the full version, including features added later, for as long as the app is offered.
- One purchase covers FRAMEKID on iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in with the same Apple ID. Use Restore purchases in the app to unlock another device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
4. What you make
Your designs are yours. You may use what you create with FRAMEKID, including designs based on our templates, for personal and commercial posts, stories, ads and other content.
The templates, materials, patterns, stickers and fonts inside the app are licensed to you for use in your designs. You may not extract them, sell or share them as templates or assets of their own, or use them to build a competing product. Photos in the templates come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License; replace them with your own photos where you need to be sure about a person or a brand shown.
You are responsible for the photos, texts and logos you put into your designs and for having the rights to use them.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Please keep copies of designs that matter to you; the app stores them on your devices and in your iCloud, which we do not control.
6. Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, the protective rules of the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
